STERLING, VA—May 11, 2021—BNL Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business government contracting firm, celebrates it's 20th-anniversary helping Federal agencies transform the lives of Americans.
BNL, an HR, IT, financial, and program management firm, has served several Federal agencies, including the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, Ginnie Mae, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Mint, U.S. Department of Treasury, Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Bureau of Engraving and Printing, among others.
The private company recently sold to new Chairman and CEO Elizabeth C. Myers in February 2021, previously owned by Larry Miller. During Miller’s leadership, the company acquired Franklin Maxwell Group LLC, which provided various management consulting services and educational training.

BNL Inc. was awarded a new task order this month under a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Blanket Purchase Agreement, which will help support the Office of the Chief Information Officer supporting framework for directing IT product lines, programs, and projects.
Looking ahead, Myers says her organization will grow in critical areas that continually evolve, such as Health IT, AI/ML, and data analytics. “No one could have predicted 20 years ago where we would be now, but with our dedicated leadership team and devoted employees, we will continue to learn, grow in excellence and deliver like no other Woman-Owned Small Business.”
